Inspect Visual Elements

  1. Check to make sure your package is undamaged and properly sealed
  2. Locate the holographic security label on the carton. Check the general appearance of the label
  3. Each security label carries a unique Serial Identification Code
  4. Move the carton and holographic label top/bottom to animate
  5.  The animation should include movement and color in the elements

Using your smartphone to authenticate your part

Smartphone

  1. Download the SmartAuthentication™ app from Google Play or Apple App Store
  2. Hold your phone above the holographic label. Your phone will automatically photograph the label to verify the product is genuine
  3. The unique serial number can also be entered manually in the app
  4. Follow app instructions to verify the hologram and check ID number
