FleetPride National “Seal the Deal” Promotion (“Program”)

Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. THIS PROGRAM IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW.  DO NOT PARTICIPATE IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF PARTICIPATION.

ELIGIBILITY: NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. The FleetPride National “Seal the Deal” Promotion (the “Program”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age and older and who are actively employed as a counterperson at a participating FleetPride retail distributor (“Employee”) at the time of participation and prize fulfillment. Participants must be Employees in good standing, as determined solely by Federal-Mogul Motorparts LLC (“Sponsor”) and FleetPride, Inc. (“FleetPride”), throughout the Program and at the time of prize fulfillment. Employees who are no longer employed and/or Employees not considered in good standing by FleetPride at the time of prize fulfillment will forfeit any prize received. Note: It is your sole responsibility to confirm with your employer whether your employer has any policies or restrictions concerning participation in trade programs or the acceptance of trade incentives. To the extent that your participation is restricted or prohibited by your employer, you should not participate in the Program or accept a Reward. Void where prohibited.

PROGRAM PERIOD: The Program begins September 1, 2017 at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends September 30, 2017 at 11:59:59 pm ET (“Program Period”).

TO PARTICIPATE: During the Program Period, Employees that make a sale to an individual customer which includes at least one (1) National® Wheel End Seal (a “Qualifying Sale”) can record their Qualifying Sale on the tracking cards provided in-store by completing one (1) square for each Qualifying Sale with the date of the Qualifying Sale, part number and invoice number (a “Tracking Card”). Employees must also retain the invoice for each Qualifying Sale. No partially completed Tracking Cards will be accepted. Employees must use a valid Tracking Card provided by Sponsor.

Sales of standard hubcaps, mounting brackets, window kits, gaskets, and other miscellaneous components do not qualify.

TO REDEEM: For every twenty-five (25) Qualifying Sales (one (1) completed Tracking Card), the Employee will earn one (1) $25.00 Visa® Prepaid Card (a “Reward”). Limit of twenty (20) Rewards per Employee, for a total of $500 in Rewards. 

To redeem a Tracking Card for a Reward, mail your completed Tracking Card(s) and copies of the supporting invoices for Qualifying Sales, dated September 1 - September 30, 2017, to:

All completed Tracking Cards must be postmarked by October 31, 2017 and received by November 15, 2017 to qualify for a Reward.  Original Tracking Cards must be mailed in; copies or mechanical reproductions of Tracking Cards will not be accepted. Invoices must show a Qualifying Sale during the Program Period at a participating FleetPride retail distributor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due mail-in redemption requests. Please allow six weeks after receipt and verification to receive your Reward. Rewards may only be retained by Employees upon notice to their employer and in conformity with the employer’s internal policies regarding receipt of Rewards. Reward fulfillment is subject to employers’ internal policies. It is the Employee and his/her employer’s sole and ultimate responsibility to determine how and if any Reward will be distributed or retained internally and Sponsor assumes no responsibility for the decisions made by such employer regarding Rewards.

RESTRICTIONS: Fraudulent submissions or duplicate Tracking Cards will not be honored or acknowledged. No forged or altered Tracking Cards or invoices will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible Tracking Cards will be considered invalid and ineligible and will not be returned. All materials received become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Employees are responsible for retaining a photocopy of their Tracking Card(s). Offer valid only on Qualifying Sales to eligible Employees; requests from or sales to groups or organizations will not be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen Rewards.

All information submitted is subject to verification and may be audited to confirm authenticity. VISA Prepaid Cards are issued by MetaBank™ pursuant to a license from VISA U.S.A. Inc. and are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the issuer. No cash redemption or substitution permitted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a Reward with one of equal or greater value if Reward cannot be awarded for any reason. Employees will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Rewards they receive, regardless of whether the Reward, in whole or in part, is used.

Without limiting any other remedies, Sponsor may suspend or terminate an Employee’s participation in the Program if Sponsor suspects, in its sole discretion that the Employee has engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with this Program. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Program should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Program. As a condition of participation, Employees agree to release the Sponsor, FleetPride, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the Program or to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any Reward. By participating in the Program, each Employee acknowledges that he/she understands and has complied with these Terms and Conditions.
